Pineda <br />Director <br />Please be advised that on April 25, 2011, Febbraro Construction Co., whose address and telephone number are 2010 <br />Santa Fe Trail , Trinidad, CO 81082; (719) 846-7789, filed an application to convert M-2004-028, The Broyles Pit, a <br />I I0(c) Limited Impact Construction Materials Permit to a I I2(c) Regular Construction Materials Permit. The mining <br />and reclamation operation is located at or near Section 7, Township 32S, Range 61W, 06th Prime Meridian, in Las <br />Animas County. The application decision is scheduled for July 25, 2011. <br />A copy of the application is available for review at the Las Animas County Clerk & Recorder's office and at the office of <br />the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203. <br />If you desire to make comments or objections, they must be submitted within twenty (20) days of the date of the <br />newspaper public notice to be considered in the application review process by the Division. You should contact the <br />applicant for the newspaper publication date.
