<br />1. LOCATION OF GROUND DISTURBANCE IS THE PROPOSED MINING AREA.
<br />2. THE LOCATION OF A AND B LISTED NOXIOUS WEEDS IS ALONG THE FOUNTAIN
<br />CREEK DRAINAGE AREA WHICH IS LOCATED APPROXIMATELY 1/2 MILE WEST OF OUR
<br />PROPERTY. THE PROPERTIES ARE SEPERATED BY HIGHWAY 85/87 AND THE
<br />OTHER PROPERTIES THAT LIE BETWEEN FOUNTAIN CREEK AND THE HIGHWAY.
<br />3. THE METHOD OF TREATMENT WILL BE AS FOLLOWS: THE MAJORITY OF
<br />THE AREA UNDER THIS PROJECT WILL BE USED FOR A STOCKPILE AREA
