EXHIBIT F - Reclamation Plan <br />Reclamation <br />Exhibit F shows the proposed reclamation of the Geisert site with gravel pits converted to water storage and the <br />location of the proposed slurry wall. Area A has been reclaimed and now is the location of the Public Works sand- <br />salt shed, grader training course, and fueling site. Area B has been reclaimed and is a wetland mitigation site as <br />required by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Area C is the proposed for reclamation as water storage via slurry <br />wall installation. <br />Following completion of slurry wall installation, reclamation final grading will stabilize the ground surface along <br />the perimeter of existing East and West Geisert gravel ponds. Any damaged sections of the existing Poudre Trail <br />will be replaced. Appropriate fencing for the safety of the public using the trail will be installed. <br />No overburden handling will be needed. The average thickness of overburden at the Geisert site has been minimal, <br />overburden and excavated soil materials unsuitable for County road construction projects have been used as generic <br />fill or to backfill excavated areas and re-grade the internal pit slopes at the Geisert site. <br />7.5 acres east of the slough was previously released by DRMS on November 4, 2002. <br />2.97 acres along the south and west sides of the mine site along the Poudre River Bike Trail have previously been <br />released by DRMS on May 28, 2003. <br />M:\DAVE B\Geisert Pit\DRMS Permit Amendment\Geisert Amendment Application & Exhibits Revised 4-21-1 l.docx
