No <br />requests for an adjudicatory hearing on our proposed decision were received. <br />Bond Release No. 7 reduces your reclamation liability by $648,744.00. The releasable amount for SL- <br />07 is $635,157.00. With the approval of SL -07, the Division has calculated the remaining liability for the <br />Roadside Mine to be $1,005,256.00. The Division's proposed release amount of $635,157.00 is the <br />difference between the current bond held of $1,640,413.00 and the remaining liability of $1,005,256.00. <br />If you choose to reduce or replace your existing bond, it must equal or exceed the current liability of <br />$1,005,256.00. The Division suggests you provide a copy of this letter, the OSM concurrence letter <br />dated April 13, 2011, and the BLM concurrence memorandum to your bonding company for written <br />evidence for approval to reduce your bond.
