The applicant may also be required <br />to provide a geotechnical evaluation of all geologic hazards, within or in the vicinity of the <br />affected lands that may be de-stabilized or exacerbated by mining or reclamation activities. <br />Response: <br />Geotechnical laboratory and stability analyses have been conducted by <br />• Sukura Engineering (Farmington, New Mexico) -Mr. Paul Martin, Colorado Registered <br />Professional Engineer # 27207 (Access road, bridge upgrade (25 tons), May Day steel set <br />portal stability analyses) <br />• R Squared, Inc.
