Pineda <br />Director <br />RE: Notice of Withdrawal of Financial Warranty Forfeiture Hearing, Washington International <br />Insurance Bond No. for $8,167.00, Olathe Pit, Montrose County, Permit No. M-1984- <br />108 <br />Notice to all parties: <br />On April 12, 2011 the Mined Land Reclamation Board (Board) accepted a replacement bond for the <br />above referenced site. Therefore the scheduled hearing for forfeiture of the referenced Corporate <br />Surety has been withdrawn. <br />The enforcement actions outlined in the Board Order MV-2011-007 signed on February 23, 2011 are <br />still in effect.
