The oil and gas wells and <br />related facilities are owned by Merit Energy and Noble Energy <br />[name corrected - see **Note, below] as shown in the Revised <br />Exhibit C-1: Existing Conditions Map. City of Greeley structures <br />are identified on the previous maps. The other entities referenced <br />are not within 200 feet of the permit area and merely included in the <br />notifications as a precaution. Any agreement from an adjacent <br />landowner is for a shared fence or any permanent man-made <br />object, well, or structure visible in the aerial image. To our <br />knowledge, all wells within 200 feet of the location are identified, as <br />are any attending shared fences, or other relevant structures or <br />objects. Exhibit C-1: Existing Conditions Map previously submitted <br />should have a legend identifying the relevant structures on the <br />upper right. Regardless, a revised Exhibit C-l: Existing Conditions <br />Map is included with the referenced Legend, to be certain.' <br />The North Weld County Water Conservancy District has lines in the area, but not <br />within 200 feet of the boundary, but was included in the notification as a <br />precaution. This entity has been redacted in the List, below. <br />Matrix Energy was notified as a precaution, but does not appear to have <br />facilities within 200 feet of the location, and was subsequently redacted in the <br />List, below. <br />As stated previously, the DCP Midstream flow lines are shown as a line with the <br />symbol G for oil and gas, but were not identified in the legend. The item now <br />appears on the legend <br />All water wells within 200 feet of the boundary were identified, and their permit <br />numbers associated shown.
