Our review <br />indicates that although Bear Coal Company's Bear No. 3 mine's permit area did contain National <br />Forest System lands, no surface disturbance occurred on lands under our jurisdiction. Therefore, <br />with respect to my authority, there are no outstanding reclamation concerns.
