EXHIBIT S — Permanent Man -Made Structures
Weld County Road 115, a County- maintained graded gravel road extends north -south along the west property line of
the Ashbaugh Expansion site. Visual reconnaissance of the proposed gravel excavation and gravel processing areas
revealed no evidence of past or present structures, foundations or other man-made features, the site is currently used
as pasture.
A natural gas pipeline transects the Ashbaugh property. The approximate pipeline alignment runs Northwest —
Southeast and is located approximately 300 feet from the east side of the existing gravel pit boundary. Weld County
is attempting to determine if the pipeline is still in service. To avoid potential hazard with the natural gas pipeline,
no mining will occur within 200 feet of the pipeline until such time as it is determined whether the pipeline remains
charged with hydrocarbon product or is out of service and may be removed.
There are no other permanent man-made structures within 200 feet of the Ashbaugh Expansion site.
MADAVE B\Ashbaugh\DRMS permiAAmendedApplication & Exhibits.doc
4/14/2011
