We received CAM Colorado <br />LLC's responses to our adequacy comments on April 12, 2011. I am requesting your assistance in <br />reviewing their responses corresponding to the original sections that you reviewed and any additional <br />information provided by CAM as follows: <br />■ Identification of Interests, Compliance Information, and AVS review, Permit Application <br />Package Volume I Section 2.03 and Exhibit No. 1 - Johanna; <br />• Surface water quality /quantity and sediment and drainage control, Permit Sections Volume I - <br />2.04.5, 2.04.7, 2.05.3, 2.05.6, and Exhibit No. 3 and Exhibit No. 9 - Joe; <br />Revegetation, Soils, Fish and Wildlife Resources, and, Permit Sections Volume I - 2.04.9, <br />2.04.10, 2.04.11, 2.06.8, and Exhibit Numbers 4, 5, 7, 10, 12 and 14 - Brock; <br />■ Engineering/Geotechnical including mine facilities, stockpile area, roads, stability analyses, and <br />bridge design over Reed Wash, Permit Sections Volume I - 2.05.2, and 2.05.3 — Marcia; and <br />■ AVF Detennination, Stephanie Reigh. <br />I am requesting Brock's assistance with the Revegetation, Soils, and Fish and Wildlife sections due to <br />Dan Mathew's departure.
