for dust suppression and fire prevention and coal preparation at the Bowie No. 2 Mine

Conclusions
The mine did discharge water during the first half of the year until the northeast section of
the mine was abandoned. The west section of the mine, west of Terror Creek, was
projected to be dry and was essentially dry through the reporting period.
