For your <br />convenience, I have re-stated the adequacy issues presented by DRMS in roman font, followed <br />by Wildcat Mining's responses in bold and underlined font. Where necessary, Wildcat Mining <br />includes cross references in its responses for your convenience and incorporates by reference <br />modified or substituted exhibits to its application which are also included with this submittal <br />package. <br />March 15, 2011 Preliminary Adequacy Issues <br />Preliminary Adequacy Issues for CN-01 are summarized with Attachments below: <br />Puhlic Notice <br />Adequacy Issue #1 <br />Please provide proof of publication of the newspaper notice required by Rules 1.6.2(1) (d) and <br />1.6.5(1). <br />Response #1 <br />Proof of publication is included in Attachment A.
