The temporary measures should be maintained to adequately control <br />stormwater discharges from the sites until such time as access, design and construction details for <br />permanent stormwater controls are permitted through all applicable agencies. <br />The issuance of this Compliance Advisory does not limit or preclude, the Division from pursuing its <br />enforcement options concerning the above violations. The Division is currently evaluating the facts <br />associated with the above-described violations and, if deemed necessary, Wildcat Mining <br />Corporation may be subject to an escalated enforcement response, which may include the issuance <br />of a formal enforcement action(s) and/or the imposition of civil penalties.
