RULE 2 - PERMITS <br />• Lube Storage — Includes Storage Tanks <br />• Bath House <br />• Fuel Tanks <br />• Substations — Internal substations are required facility area, main substation belongs to <br />YVEA <br />• Pond 002 Pump Facility — facility to remain as permanent as required by the State <br />Engineer's Office <br />• Office <br />• Water Well <br />• Parking lots, fences, roads, and ancillary structures (including culverts) associated with the <br />previously mentioned features /structures <br />• A security building will be constructed at the boundary to the property. The security <br />building will be a 12 x 40 foot wood -frame structure on a 15 x 45 foot, 4 -inch thick concrete <br />slab. <br />• A modular bathhouse 24 feet wide and 70 feet long will be placed between the shop and <br />existing bathhouse. The temporary building will be placed on 9 concrete sleepers poured on <br />8 foot centers. Each sleeper will be 20 feet long, 2 feet wide and 1 foot deep. <br />• A pump house at the Wadge Pond will be constructed to pump water out of the pond to the 1 <br />million gallon water storage tank. The pump house will be 20 feet by 30 feet and be <br />constructed on a concrete slab of the same size 8 inches in thickness. <br />Mine facilities in the north end were previously bonded under the former Seneca II Mine. On <br />approval of the PSCM Permit, the performance bond for these facilities and the associated <br />disturbance areas were transferred to the SCCC. A description of those features /structures and the <br />associated bond amounts are presented in Exhibit 2.05.3 -E1, Mine Facilities (North End) Details. <br />The southern portal area and related surface facilities are located in the W'h of Section 2 and the E'' /z <br />of Section 3, T6N, R87W, and in the W% of Section 35 and the E'h of Section 34, TSN, R87W <br />adjacent to Little Grassy Creek. All facilities have been located to maintain a minimum buffer zone <br />of 100 feet between the facilities disturbance limits and Little Grassy Creek. An oval pit will be <br />excavated to expose the Wadge Coal Seam, develop a face -up area, and provide access to the coal <br />seam and mine portals. The perimeter of the face -up area will be marked with signs warning <br />persons entering the area that blasting may occur. Warning signs will comply with applicable <br />provisions of Rule 4.02, and will be maintained so long as the associated dangers exist. Four <br />portals and main entries will be established for mine access: <br />• Intake Air <br />• Men and Material Access (temporary belt for initial development) <br />• Belt -Entry <br />• Return Air (main exhausting fan) <br />The overburden material excavated from the face -up area will be used to build pads to the north and <br />to the south of the face -up area. The pads will be utilized for coal stockpile areas and for mine <br />facilities. Other mine facilities will be located in close proximity to the face -up and coal stockpile <br />areas, as shown and listed on Map 2.05.3 -M1A, Mine Facilities Map (South End). The southern <br />portal area surface facilities are projected to include: <br />TR -01 -10 2.05 -11 Revision 02/11 <br />
