Laboratory Analysis Parameters <br />• Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) <br />• Iron (dissolved) <br />• Manganese (dissolved) <br />• Sulfate (dissolved) <br />• Carbonate (dissolved) <br />• Bicarbonate (dissolved) <br />• Potassium (dissolved) <br />• Calcium (dissolved) <br />• Magnesium (dissolved) <br />• Sodium (dissolved) <br />• Sodium Absorption Ratio (S.A.R,) <br />• Chloride (dissolved) <br />• Nitrate-Nitrogen (dissolved) <br />In accordance with the Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation <br />Board for Coal Mining (Regulations) Rule 4.05.13, the Annual Hydrology <br />Reports have been submitted in accordance with the Permit and provide <br />detailed information concerning the monitoring results for surface and <br />ground water. The Annual Hydrology Report for 2006 was recently submitted <br />to the DRMS. Data provided in the Annual Hydrology Reports indicate that <br />the reclamation process has been successful, that onsite impacts have been <br />minimized and that offsite impacts have been prevented. The DRMS reviewed <br />the 2005 Annual Hydrology Report and (point-by-point) the probable <br />hydrologic consequences and provided comments in correspondence dated <br />April 17, 2006. <br />The request is for termination of monitoring for the mine area only. <br />' Monitoring will continue at the Loadout facility. The monitoring <br />requested for termination is listed below, <br />• Groundwater quality including one alluvial well (AO-2A), 3 <br />overburden wells (79-1, 79-2 and 79-3), one coal seam well (79- <br />61} and one spoil well (SP-O1) <br />TR-23 780-1O8a Revised Tune 2007 <br />
