Pineda <br />Director <br />The Division of Reclamation Mining and Safety (Division) has finished the review of Montrose County's 112c <br />application referenced above. It appears that Buckhorn GeoTech responses to the Division's review of the above <br />referenced 112c application meet the requirements of the Act and Rules. A Pre-operational inspection was <br />conducted on March, 2 2011. No additional issues were noted based on that inspection. It appears all issues have <br />been addressed and no comments were received by the close of the public comment period of February 26, 2011. <br />Therefore staff is pleased to inform Buckhorn GeoTech and Montrose County that the application is approved. <br />Per Rule 4.1.2(2) no financial warranty is required to be posted by the County. However a Performance Warranty <br />is required.
