We will commit to not using
water from the Yampa River until our change of use has been approved.
For dust mitigation, we will use water from a well on the ranch that provides
water for livestock, spraying and other ranch activities.
As far as bond amount, we would like to request a reduced bond as we will only
disturb a maximum of six (6) acres at any given time in the mining process. Reclamation
will be concurrent with mining operations.
Please feel free to contact our attorney with any questions. John's contact number
is (970) 879-0100.
Respectfully submitted,
Kurt Frentress
