PERMANENT MAN-MADE STRUCTURES EXHIBIT S <br />The following is an inventory of man-made structures within 200 feet of the disturbed area. All <br />of these structures are shown on Maps C-1, C-2, and F. The landowner boundaries are shown on <br />Map C-1. The damage waivers for these structures are included in this section and are signed and <br />notarized by the operator. We were unable to get a signed version back from The BLM and BD <br />Interests therefore an evaluation of the stability of the slope is included Exhibit U to satisfy Rule <br />6.4.19 (b). Mining Area 6 will not be mined unless an agreement between BLM and United <br />Companies is reached to allow a temporary realignment of the road. <br />1. Chain link fencing and industrial buildings on the BD Interests property. <br />2. BLM Access Roads both adjacent to the Craig Ranch Pit and within the Mining Areas. <br />3.
