THE AREA OF THE AMENDMENT BOUNDARY. Our initital application included only the actural location of the stockpile, when the
survey group plotted the site, they included the area used by Dacoa, Seco and a small trucking company as construction yard. This
area was in use prior to the stockpiling of material, so it was not included in the initial application.
2. SEEDING. We planned to plant barley because it is fast growing and because the site is to be developed as a commercial Industrial
subdivision, a perennial seeding should not be needed. If we need to plant a perennial grass, we would like to use barley as cover.
3. FUTURE USE. The site is annexed to the City of Brighton and is zoned as a PUD, with use as commercial and
industrial development.
4. STOCKPILED MATERIAL. The 21,000 cy of material is the amount that is currently stockpiled, it is our intent to remove the material
as soon as possible and regrade the site to the original elevations. We have no plans for the stockpile area until the subdivision
constrution begins.
Do you need it infromation in another letter? I'll call you this afternoon. Les Ewegen 303-667-1666
