Seneca Coal Company LLC,

it No. C-94-082, approved August 5,
1995) intends to request release of Phase II bond lia-
bility on 628.6 acres of its reclaimed lands at the
Yoast Mine. A self bond in the amount of $4,305,484
is currently in place and $2,154,845 is being re-
quested for release. Those portions of the mine for
which Phase II bond release is requested were top-
soiled and revegetated from the beginning of recla-
mation through 2007 in accordance with the.Colo-
rado Division of Minerals and Geology (CDMG) rules
and regulations.
The Ycast Mine is located approximately 8.5 miles
southeast of Hayden, Colorado. The specific area to
which this bond release request applies is:
