I. Sampling and Analysis Plan <br />CMO002019 <br />This plan describes the procedures to be used during ground water sample collection, sample S <br />preservation and shipping, chain of custody, sample analysis, and quality assurance/quality <br />control. <br />II. Sample Locations and Analytical Parameters <br />Tenmile Creek valley: <br />Ground water samples will be collected from monitoring well GWM-2. Ground water <br />samples will be analyzed for primary constituents including cadmium, copper, iron, lead, <br />manganese, molybdenum, zinc and cyanide. In addition, field parameters, pH, and <br />Total Dissolved Solids (TDS), and ground water level will be recorded during each <br />sampling event. <br />Arkansas River Valley: <br />Ground water samples will be collected from monitoring well AMW. Ground water <br />samples will be analyzed for indicator parameters consisting of chloride, sulfate and <br />manganese. In addition, field parameters, pH, and Total Dissolved Solids (TDS), and <br />ground water level will be recorded during each sampling event. <br />Eagle River Valley: <br />To verify lack of ground water discharge from the Climax property, yearly inspections <br />of the toe of No. 4 Dam will be conducted. <br />is <br />0
