Diesel <br />fuel for use by the backup emergency generator and any lubricants used for maintenance activities will be <br />appropriately managed in accordance with the site-wide SPCC plan, in accordance with federal <br />regulations at 40 CFR Part 112. Other than these petroleum-based products, no other hazardous <br />materials are required to maintain day-to-day operation of the Project. <br />[+] FINDING: (23) Hazardous materials. Pursuant to Eagle County Land Use Regulations Section 6.04.02, Additional Criteria Applicable to <br />Municipal and Industrial Water Proiects, and as more specifically described in the application <br />materials, the following additional analysis is provided. <br />Water reuse and conservation is emphasized in all aspects of the site-wide water management system. <br />The Robinson Lake Pump Station Replacement Project emphasizes the efficient reuse and recycling of <br />process water, to minimize the need for the addition of any outside source of water and to minimize the <br />quantity of water which may require final treatment prior to discharge. <br />[+] FINDING: (1) Efficient use.
