CM0001509 <br />MEMORANDUM <br />EAGLE COUNTY ENGINEERING <br />TO: Yuri Kostick <br />Community Development Department <br />FROM: Pete Fralic <br />Engineering Department <br />DATE: June 6, 2008 <br />FILE: Eagle County File No. 1041-00072 <br />RE: Climax Mine - Robinson Lake Pump Station Replacement <br />The Eagle County Engineering Department has reviewed the above referenced file dated <br />May 15, 2008 and has the following comment. <br />r? <br />In conjunction with the new pump station, the applicant is proposing to replace 21,300 <br />feet of an existing pipeline.
