Land Use Application Form, signed and submitted by Climax on May 5, 2008, and provides information
regarding the Robinson Lake Pump Station Replacement Project relevant to the Application Submittal •
Requirements outlined in Section 6.03.06 of the Eagle County Land Use Regulations (LUR).
Attachment B to this submittal presents an evaluation of the project relative to the general Application
Approval Criteria for matters of State interest, cited in Section 6.04.01 of the LUR, and additional criteria
applicable to Municipal and Industrial Water Projects, cited in Section 6.04.02 of the LUR.
