Kokomo <br />bears south 45 ° and 58' east 3740 feet (located in the Northwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of <br />Section 13, Township 7 South, Range 79 West, 6th P.M.). <br />2.6.2 On the south bank of Kokomo Creek at a point whence U.S.L.M. Kokomo <br />bears north 39° and 36' east 2635 feet (located in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 22, Township 7 <br />South, Range 79 West, 6th P.M.). <br />2.6.3 Run-off, surface flow, and seepage from the area above the Supply Canal <br />No. 2 as it runs between the above-described points of diversion and to the Climax Mill. See <br />generally, Exhibit 2. <br />3. Description of the Eagle Park Reservoir Storage Right <br />As described below, the Eagle Park Reservoir Storage Right is a conditional storage right <br />that will result in storage of water in Eagle Park Reservoir and the subsequent application of the <br />water to multiple beneficial uses. <br />3.1 The Eagle Park Reservoir Storage Right is a 5,300 acre feet conditional storage <br />right that will be stored in Eagle Park Reservoir. <br />3.2 The sources for the Eagle Park Reservoir Storage Right are the East Fork of the <br />Eagle River, including run-off, surface.flow, and seepage from the area above the reservoir and <br />tributary thereto; and water tributary to Tenmile Creek, a tributary of the Blue River, including <br />water from Humbug Creek, Mayflower Creek, Searle Creek, and Kokomo Creek. <br />3.3 Water from these sources can and will be diverted, stored, and otherwise captured, <br />possessed, and controlled in the East Fork Interceptor Ditch, the Chalk Mountain Reservoir <br />Ditch, the East Interceptor Ditch, Supply Canal No. 1, Supply Canal No. 2, and Eagle Park <br />Reservoir. <br />3.4 The filling rates for the Eagle Park Reservoir Storage Right are: <br />3.4.1 48 cfs through the East Fork Interceptor Ditch. <br />3.4.2 12 cfs through the Chalk Mountain Interceptor Ditch. <br />3.4.3 20 cfs through the East Interceptor Ditch. <br />D01977 -5- <br /> <br />
