(M <br />CM0001347 <br />Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, <br />Ruling and Decree <br />Csae No. 92CW340 <br />1.6.4 The Board of Summit County Commissioners (Stipulation dated' <br />January 14, 1998). <br />1.6.5 The Colorado River Water Conservation District (Stipulation dated <br />June 14 and 25, 1996). <br />1.6.6 The Town of Silverthorne (Stipulation dated June 10, 1998). <br />1.6.7 City and County of Denver acting by and through its Board of Water <br />Commissioners (Stipulation dated July 2, 1998). <br />2. Description of the Water Facilities <br />The facilities for the Eagle Park Reservoir Storage Right are described as follows: <br />2.1 Eagle Park Reservoir. Eagle Park Reservoir presently has storage capacity of at <br />least 3,148 acre feet. The capacity of Eagle Park Reservoir may be expanded to 28,000 acre feet, <br />with no dead storage. The north abutment of the enlarged dam crest for Eagle Park Reservoir <br />will be located in the drainage basin of the East Fork of the Eagle River, approximately 160 feet <br />north of the south section line and 650 feet east of the west section line of Section 28, Township <br />7 South, Range 79 West, 6th P.M., Eagle County, Colorado. <br />2.2 East Fork Interceptor Ditch. The East Fork Interceptor Ditch has a capacity of <br />48 cfs and diverts from unnamed tributaries of the East Fork of the Eagle River at the following <br />points, all of which are located in Eagle County, Colorado: <br />-2.2.1 Point 1: 900 feet south of the north section line and 1100 feet west of the <br />east section line of Section 5, Township 8 South,'Range 79 West, 6th P.M. <br />2.2.2 Point 2: 1250 feet south of the north section line and 700 feet east of the <br />west section line of Section 4, Township 8 South, Range 79 West, 6th P.M. <br />2.2.3 Point 3: 1200 feet north of the south section line and 800 feet east.of the <br />west section line of Section 33, Township 7 South, Range 79 West, 6th P.M. <br />2.2.4 Point 4: Run-off, surface flow, and seepage from the area above the East <br />Fork Interceptor Ditch as it runs between the above-described points of diversion and to the <br />Eagle Park Reservoir.
