The Arkansas Well Pipeline runs from a <br />point whence the southeast corner of Section 10, Township 8 South, Range 79 West, 6`h P.M. <br />bears south 9°20' east a distance of 520 feet. Historic consumptive use water delivered to the <br />Arkansas Well Pipeline would be delivered for use in the Arkansas River basin. <br />3.5.4 The Eagle Park Reservoir Outlet Works. The Eagle Park Reservoir Outlet <br />Works are located in the Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest I/4 of Section 33, Township 7 South, <br />Range 79 West, 6`h P.M. Historic consumptive use water delivered to the Eagle Park Reservoir <br />Outlet Works would be transported downstream for use in the Eagle River basin via direct <br />diversion or pursuant to separately decreed exchange. Consumptive use water may also be stored <br />in Eagle Park Reservoir, which is located in the North % of Section 33, Township 7 South, <br />Range 79 West of the 6`h P.M., all in Eagle County. <br />4 Historic Use of the Subject Water Rights <br />To determine appropriate terms and conditions for the change of the Subject Water <br />Rights herein, Applicant has analyzed its historic use of the Subject Water Rights and the stream <br />depletions associated with said use. This analysis establishes the following: <br />4.1 Types of Water Uses at the Climax Mine. Applicant historically maintained <br />extensive records of its operations at the Climax Mine.
