The decreed point of diversion for the Recen Pipeline <br />is in Section 23, Township 7 South, Range 79 West, 6t' P.M., at a point on Kokomo Creek <br />whence U.S.L.M. Kokomo bears North 32°48' East 2281.5 feet. The Recen Pipeline water right <br />was decreed as follows on October 26, 1937 by the Summit County District Court in Civil <br />Action No. 1710: <br />a. Source: Kokomo Creek <br />b. Amount: 3.0 cfs <br />c. Appropriation date: September 5, 1898 <br />d. Historic use: Domestic, fire protection, and municipal uses at the <br />Town of Recen.
