(92CW233, 92CW336), the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Summit County (92CW336), the Clinton Ditch and Reservoir Company <br />(92CW336), Kensington Partners, Stag Gulch Partners, and Galena Partners (92CW336), the <br />Colorado Water Conservation Board (92CW336), the Town of Silverthome (92CW336), the City <br />and County of Denver acting by and through its Board of Water Commissioners (the "Denver <br />Water Board") (92CW233, 92CW336), the City of Colorado Springs (92CW233, 92CW336), the <br />Vail Valley Consolidated Water District (92CW233, 92CW336), and the Northern Colorado <br />Water Conservation District and Municipal Subdistrict (92CW336).
