<br />FACILITIES LIST
<br />All personal property, as built, used in connection
<br />with, located on or appurtenant to the Clinton Gulch
<br />Reservoir, including but not limited to the following
<br />personalty, as described in construction documents therefor
<br />(including.all deviations thereto):
<br />1. outlet Works; including inlet canal and structures, trash
<br />racks, 40 1/161, diameter orifice plate, 481, hydraulic actuated
<br />butterfly valve with Bettis operator, 48- steel piping encased
<br />in concrete with four one-inch diameter hydraulic control
<br />lines, and all other appurtenant and auxiliary equipment
<br />listed herein and as shown on Woodward-Clevenger .& Associates,
<br />Inc. Drawing Numbers 11f6-6, -8 and -9,•.
<br />2. Spillway Conduit, including inlet canal and structure,
<br />trash racks, 721, by 601, by 481, reducing reinforced concrete
<br />pipe, concrete cradles, 180 air vent with concrete encasement,
<br />cover and four one-inch hydraulic control line vents, and all
<br />as shown on Woodward-Clevenger Drawing Numbers 11f6-6, -8, -9
<br />and -10, and Black and Veatch. Drawing Numbers 11f6-32, -35 and
<br />-36.
<br />3. Outlet Structure, including valve structure and energy
<br />dissipator, all constructed of concrete, and 480, 3611, 301,,
<br />181, and 121 steel piping and control valves and operators,
<br />access ladders and platforms, 31, drain line, and all other
<br />appurtenant and auxiliary equipment listed herein and shown on
<br />Woodward-Clevenger Drawing Numbers llf6-6, -8, -11, and-12,
<br />and Black and Veatch Drawing Numbers 11f6-30, - 31, -32 and
<br />-33, that are necessary for normal access to the valve chamber
<br />and outlet structure. .The 301, supply canal and sluice gate
<br />shall remain the property of Climax.
<br />4. Piezometers and Monitoring Points. including nine open
<br />wells and movement points as shown on Woodward-Clevenger
<br />Drawing Number 11f6-15A.
