Cotter Corporation has had Whetstone Associates working
on the preparation of the EPP. Last week the Project Manager for Whetstone resigned
from her position. Consequently Whetstone is going to have somebody else assume the
work on the JD-8 EPP preparation.
Following a review of the status of the JD-8 EPP Whetstone feels that they will need a
little more time in order to finalize the preparation of the JD-8 EPP. As a result of this
unforeseen situation I am requesting an extension of 21-30 days for the submittal of the
JD-8 EPP.
Let me know if there is a problem with this request for extension. If you have further
questions regarding these issues, please call me at Cotter's Nucla office, 970-864-7347.
Respectfully,
Glen Williams
Vice President of Mining
Cotter Corporation
Cog-PMiFOR48-?41'-WSlope Operations Telephone (970) 864-7347
P.O.
