J f ATman Pit; M-2005-044: Boundary Markers due to time and workloads Lincoln
County requests a one week extension one this item (April 22, 2011.) Erosion
gullies and ruts; Lincoln County requests the,,ame one week extension on this
item (April 22, 2011.) Topsoil and over burden stockpiles; Lincoln County will
write a'f'echnical Revision covering this item to allow the use of'= N.R.C.S.
recommended temporary seed mixture and requests a one week extension April
22, 2011,) Also due to the extremely dry conditions we would like to have an
indefinite extension on the actual seeding. The county has received no
precipitation since August and to prepare the piles for seeding and seeding the
piles at this time would be a waste of resources. There is virtually no moisture in
the soils at this time.
2. Andersen Farms Pit; M-2006-050: Lincoln County requests the same one week
extension on the boundary markers f()r this pit (April 22, 2011) Lincoln County
also will include this pit in the Technical Revision for temporary seed mixture
with a one week extension on submitting the revision (April 22, 2011.) We als()
request the same indefinite extension on preforming the actual seeding.
3. Eikermann Pit; M-2002-108: Backfilling and Grading; Lincoln County will submit
this Technical Revision on schedule. Topsoil: Lincoln County will be submitting a
Technical Revision to allow this use of a temporary seed mixture and requests a
one week extension on this Item until April 22, 2011. Lincoln County also
requests that the actual seeding be indefinitely extended due to drought conditions,
The granting of these extensions would be greatly appreciated.
2,2:a6 ed sie22t71Giz:w0Jd 2T:OT iti02-ii-ddU
