4 (FORM 2 - Public filing) <br />11. Describe proposed surface excavation or other land disturbance, including roads, pits, trenches, waste piles, drill pads and <br />collar areas of underground workings, ponds, etc... <br />No new roads will be constructed on USFS land. Two existing adits will be rehabilitated, mapped and sampled. Underground drilling will be considered. <br />Trenching will take place at seleUt localities. A geophysical (IP-Magnetics) survey is planned. <br />12. Proposed Disturbance (approximate) Describe the proposed drilling to be conducted, including anticipated number of holes, <br />diameter, depth, location, etc... Submit additional pages if necessary: <br />A. Drill Pads: Quantity 2.00 Average Width 40.00 (ft) Average Length 40.00 ( ft) <br />B. Drill Holes: Quantity 10.00 Depth 500.00 (ft) Diameter 3.00 (in) <br />C. Mud Pits: Quantity 2.00 Average Width 4.00 (ft) Average Length 8.00 (ft) <br />Average Depth 5.00 (ft) <br />Described proposed underground work, including reopening of old workings, advancement of adits or shafts, <br />trenches, pits, cuts, rock dumps, or other types of disturbance, describe type, quantity and general dimensions: <br />Two adits are located on the prospect area. The Klondike adit is about 200 ft in length and it is on BLMC private ground. <br />The partal has been filled with ruck inatuilal. The Hurnestake adit portal is on Fuiest Servim ground, and it musses into <br />BLMC private ground about 100 ft from the portal and is open; however, it is collapsed some 411 ft into the adit. <br />Collapsed material will be removed from the two adits and stored on disturbed ground on BEM private land. No new <br />advance in the adits Four trenches are planned for exploration pu[poses each 300 ft long, 3 ft wide and 3.5 ft deep <br />F. Other Disturbances (please describe): <br />Note -The proposed drill sites will be located on previously disturbed ground on BLMC <br />private land <br />G. Indicate Chemicals and Fuels used or stored on site. List type, quantity and method to store. <br />Diesel fuel and various drilling lids , quantities undetermined at this time. All diesel fuel <br />will be kept on a truck that will depart the drill site when the shift is complete. The <br />concrete basement of the BLMC cabin may be used for occasional fluid storage. <br />F.
