During the past year we <br />experienced extremely high utilization of material from the borrow pit. I estimate that we removed <br />approximately 65,600 tons in 2010. Consequently, we are getting near the time we will be considering <br />reclamation of a good portion of the pit area this year. <br />We significantly enlarged the borrow area from the last report so I have included a new map. We have <br />started backsloping and covering with topsoil in preparation for seeding the west 3/4 of the permitted <br />area (C). <br />Additionally, I affirm there was no groundwater exposed or encountered during the excavation or <br />removal of the gravel from the borrow area. <br />Sincerely, <br />Dave Stone, Manager <br />Town of Limon
