Notice of the proposed decision <br />was published in the San Miguel Basin Forum on 03- Mar -2011. No objections were <br />received within 10 days of the notice, and TR -09 became final on 14- Mar -2011. <br />• SL -02 — Phase II Bond Release <br />Vegetation monitoring data from 2010 was submitted on 11- Nov -2010. The Division has <br />reviewed the data, found it to be adequate, and has computed a new Reclamation Cost <br />Estimate. The Findings for SL -02 are currently being written. <br />• 2010 Annual Hydrologic Report (AHR) —submitted on 20- Jan -2011 <br />The Division will be reviewing the AHR for compliance with the rules and permit <br />• 2010 Annual Reclamation Report (ARR) —submitted on 20- Jan -2011; supplemental <br />information submitted on 10- Feb -2011 <br />The Division will be reviewing the ARR for compliance with the rules and permit <br />HYDROLOGIC BALANCE - Rule 4.05 <br />Drainage Control 4.05.1, 4.05.2, 4.05.3; Siltation Structures 4.05.5, 4.05.6; Discharge Structures <br />4.05.7, 4.05.10; Diversions 4.05.4; Effluent Limits 4.05.2; Ground Water Monitoring 4.05.13; <br />Surface Water Monitoring 4.05.13; Drainage — Acid and Toxic Materials 4.05.8; Impoundments <br />4.05.6, 4.05.9; Stream Buffer Zones 4.05.18: <br />• Pond B was dry at the time of the inspection (Photo 1). <br />• The inlet to the primary spillway, PVC pipe extending from the base of the upstream side of <br />the embankment, was clear and unobstructed (Photo 2). <br />• The emergency spillway consists of riprap overlying a layer of geotextile.
