NOTES
1. This plat is in compliance with CRS Title 38, Article 51 and all other applicable statutes.
2. No guarantee as to the accuracy of the information contained on this plat is either stated or implied unless this
copy bears the orignal signature of the registered land surveyor hereon named.
3. This survey does not constitute a chain of title search by this surveyor of the property shown and described
hereon to determine ownership of the tract of land or compatibility of this description with those of adjoiners.
4. NOTICE: According to Colorado law you must commence any legal action based upon any defect in this survey within
three years after you discover such defect. In no event may any action based upon any defect in this survey be
commenced more than ten years after the date of certification shown hereon.
5. At the request of the client no easements or rights of way were researched or shown except those indicated hereon.
6. • indicates found original stone mining claim corner unless otherwise indicated.
7. O indicates set #4 rebar with red plastic survey cap marked IS 25373" unless otherwise noted.
8. Any person who knowingly removes, alters or defaces any public land survey monument, or land
boundary monument or accessory commits a CLASS 2 MISDEMEANOR pursuant to State Statute
18 -4 -508 C.R.S.
9. The basis of bearings is taken from a line between County Line Monument No. 164, a rebar set in concrete with a 1.5' aluminum cap marked
'LS 20136' and a #4 rebar with a red plastic survey cap marked IS 20136' set on County Line 163 -164, that bearing being N67 08'W
according to a plat prepared by Evergreen Surveying, Inc. and recorded at Reception No. 242515 in the records of the Clear Creek County
Clerk and Recorder.
10. Those bearings and distances given in italics and parentheses are taken from the original field notes of the
affected mining claims.
GILPIN COUNTY
MINE ENTRANCE
UTM ZONE 13, NAD83, METERS
Reclamation Plan:
Before applying the newly placed topsoil, a pH treatment utilizing hydrated lime shall be
broadcast on any areas previously impacted by the removed waste rock. The lime shall be
broadcast at a rate of 50 pounds per 1,000 square feet of such impacted area. Once
broadcasted, a light spray of water shall be applied over the same. This will sufficiently
neutralize any trace, potentially acid forming material left behind.
Reclaimed or imported topsoil shall be applied over the underlying area now exposed by
the removal of the mine waste for a depth of 6 inches. Inorder to improve the soil's water
holding capacity, organic matter will need to be added and to the soil. After seeding, the
NRCS strongly recommends the application of certified weed free straw (applied at 2 tons
per acre) covered with bio- degradable netting or application of wood cellulose hydro
mulch with a long -lived tackifier. Temporary erosion control measures shall be
implemented around this area during this activity (ie silt fence, straw bales, see SWMP in
Exhibit C). A more detailed reclamation description can be found in Exhibit D.
i
09
AFFECTED AREA (1.208 AC.*)
Note: the area of this
portion of the Robert
Fulton Lode is 1.208
FORMER DUMP SITE
set #6 rebar 30" long
with 2 aluminum cap
marked IS 25373' ,
E: 453984.347 acres as surveyed
N: 4402964.122
Q)
i
?0
a
C
Qj
v -
5 Q)
 UJ
ebar
CO
 1
CID 10 / SOI
1 e1 C io G
10 0• , G
V` 8 C '\
X29 NN
set #6 rebar 30" Ion
/ vMP with 2 aluminum cap
6
marked LS 25373
347.48 l
 3 on Rd•
• • Canyon
27 9 V'irgm►a
Roa
N o• p •
• t o f way f County
s r0 '
less
O, Wo ol
 Ced
oou y \A0. J
S6 . \sC0 ReC Q
S 64. ZsF Q \-
IS DO F fed
r5 . 0 1
J
62'
00
O
 3 •
144.56
w
3
'so
•o ,
0
2
/
00or
93
4 (2 '
tiy
z
LW
a232 I W
(496.38
496.8`.
Na
(N
1b 6
3
ho
5
5 38 8
s a 88.58'
s
Los '' , s` S O_
p
2
Sg S
N
pMES,y C
42189 9 ^''
••- ..••4 f
O
v'
C
W v
 o
o c

Mrt
cM
..
a
qf o
.0

r
w
Q

N
a
a
c:.
N
M i m i
o
as
O
v'
C
W v
 o
o
.0
W-
N
N

N
JOT
U
