<br />Chalk Mountain Interceptor
<br />The Chalk Mountain Interceptor begins at the point of discharge into Eagle Park
<br />Reservoir from a proposed metal pipe located near the south abutment of the dam
<br />embankment in Section 33, Township 7 South, Range 79 West of. the 6th Principal
<br />Meridian, situate in the County of Eagle, State of Colorado. The interceptor runs generally
<br />southeasterly through said Section 33, Section 34, Township 7 South, Range 79 West of
<br />the 6th P.M., Sections 3, 2, 11, and 10, Township 8 South, Range 79 West of the 6th
<br />P.M., in the Counties of Eagle, Summit, and Lake, State of Colorado. The Chalk Mountain
<br />Interceptor collects and delivers to Eagle park Reservoir all surface water flows tributary
<br />to such interceptor. The following described centerline of a 20 foot wide canal which lies
<br />ten feet each side of said centerline, beginning at a point near the high water line of Eagle
<br />Park Reservoir whence the NE corner of Section 33, Township 7 South, Range 79 West
<br />of the 6th P.M. in Eagle County, Colorado bears N59"12'51 "E a distance of 4938.47
