<br />1. Delivery Facility from Arkansas Well to the Eagle River
<br />Delivery
<br />Point.
<br />The easement begins at the Eagle River delivery.point located at the
<br />discharge of the existing corrugated metal pipe near the South abutment of
<br />the Eagle Park Reservoir dam embankment in Section 33, Township 7 South,
<br />Range 79 West on the 6th Principal Meridian, situate in.the County of
<br />Eagle, State of Colorado. The easement runs generally southeasterly
