<br />The easement shall extend 10 feet on each side of the traverse described above,
<br />excluding areas where the traverse crosses non-Climax owned property or easements.

<br />3. Delivery System from Buffehr's Reservoir to the Eagle
<br />River Delivery Point.
<br />The easement begins at the Eagle River delivery point located at the discharge of
<br />the existing corrugated metal pipe through the Eagle Park Reservoir dam embankment near
<br />the South abutment in Section 33, Township 7 South, Range 79 West of the 6th Principal
<br />Meridian, situate in the County of Eagle, State of Colorado. The easement runs
<br />generally southeasterly through said Section 33, Section 34, Township 7 South, Range 79
<br />West of the 6th P.M., Sections 3 and 2, Township 8 South, Range 79 West of the 6th
<br />P.M., in the Counties of Eagle, Summit, and Lake, State of Colorado, more particularly
<br />described as follows:
