Provided that the modifications described in Exhibit J are made to the applicable facilities, the fallowing delivery facilities, as more particularly described in the attached Exhibit K (collectively, the "Existing AW Delivery Facilities"), currently exist and shall be used to divert, deliver and/or store the AW Priority Water: (i) the Arkansas Well; (ii) Chalk Mountain Reservoir; (iii) Buffehr's Reservoir; and (iv) the delivery facility from the Arkansas Well to Chalk Mountain Reservoir and Buffehr's Reservoir. (b) Future AW Delivery Facilities. The following delivery facilities, as more particularly described in the attached Exhibit L (collectively, the 'Future AW Delivery Facilities")-do not currently exist, but shall become Existing AW Delivery Facilities for the purposes of this Agreement once they are constructed and operational (the Existing AW Delivery Facilities and the Future AW Delivery Facilities are collectively referred to as the "AW Delivery Facilities"): (i) the delivery facility from the Arkansas Well to the Eagle River Delivery Point; (ii) the delivery facility from Chalk Mountain Reservoir and Buffehr's Reservoir to the Eagle River Delivery Point; and (iii) the direct delivery facility from Buffehr's Reservoir to the Ten Mile Delivery Point. 2.4 Delivery Amounts. (a) Deliveries of the AW Priority j Water from the Arkansas Well to any of the Delivery Facilities ?._ or Delivery Locations (except pursuant to the Ten Mile Exchange) shall be limited to 2 acre feet during any 24 hour period. (b) Deliveries of the AW Priority Water to or through any of the Future AW Delivery Facilities, or any additional delivery facilities built at VA's expense pursuant to this Agreement shall be limited only by the physical capacity and legal constraints of such facilities.
