The Division received comments from the Colorado Division of Water Resources, Colorado Historical <br />Society, the Corps of Engineers and Noble Energy. The letters are attached for review. Please address <br />the comments noted in the letters and make any changes to the application as necessary. <br />6.4 SPECIFIC EXHIBIT REQUIREMENTS - REGULAR 112 OPERATIONS <br />The following items must be addressed by the applicant in order to satisfy the requirements of C.R.S. <br />34-32.5-101 et seq. and the Mineral Rules and Regulations of the Mined Land Reclamation Board: <br />6.4.3 Exhibit C - Pre-Mining and Mining Plan Maps of Affected Land <br />7. Please depict the proposed mining offsets to permanent man-made structures and the Cache la Poudre <br />River on the Mining Plan Map. <br />6.4.4 Exhibit D - Mining Plan <br />8. The Applicant states mining will begin in the southeast corner of the mining cell and continue to the <br />center cell, north cell and conclude in the southwest corner of the cell. Please clarify if the Applicant is <br />proposing a phased mining plan or a conceptual mining plan. <br />9. If a phase mining approach is planned, please provide the following information and depict t?+ning <br />phases on Exhibit C - Mining Plan Map. <br />a. the size of area(s) to be worked at any one time <br />b. a description of the size and location of each area to be worked during each phase <br />c. an estimate of the periods of time which will be required for the various stages or phases of the <br />operation <br />2
