Dumond
2829 Calla Manzano
Thousand Oaks, California 91360
Re: Drill Holes
Dear Hifce:
Ae we discussed by telephone today, you have agreed to allow Oxbow
Carbon and Minerals, Inc. access ncroae your property for the
purpose of drilling on the Sandlin property to the west. Oxbow,
through it's contractors, will improve the existing access from
Colorado State Highway 193 on the west side of Thompson Creek by
clearing debris and addin6 n minimum amount of roadbasr, ae
necessary, to ensure safe access from the highxay pavement onto the
existing old roadway.
The old roadway alignment will be followed, to facilitate your
future replacement of the old barn structure, and only the minimum
amount of disturbance necessary to provide access for Lhe drill
across your property will be done. Nondway width will be limited
to no more than 16 feet.
In return for allowing Oxbow access across your property, Oxbow
agrees to construct a simple footbridge to the east of your house,
s4 a replacsment for the existing structure. Estimated coat of the
structure at not to exceed 5500.
Also, as xe discussed, the sandline would nlao like to access their
property along the same route. At this time, I have not been nble
to tslk with them regarding your requeet for grn¢ing livaetock,on
their property in exehango for access across your property. I
expect to contact them in the next few days, and will relay your
proposal at the first opportunity.
P, O.
