Vnflgy Floor, Lessee may be required to undertake additional avoidance or <br />mitigation mcasttres to protect the quantity/quality of water supply to the Quaternary alluvium <br />associated with the Nonh Fork of the Gututison River. Determination of any measures necessary <br />will be made after submission of lessee's mute plan. <br />(f) State Highway Right-of--Wax, No mining-related disturbances will occur within 100 <br />feet of the outside right-of-way boundary line for State Highway 133. 'I71e angle of draw <br />(estimated at 25 degrees) will be dictated by the approved mine plan.
