holes and the fact that the cuttings will be used to backfill the holes prior to shooting, no further reclamation work
• is planned.
A temporary crossing of Fish Creek will he required for approximately 2 weeks for this investigation. The
crossing will be provided by placing a culvert of adequate capacity to pass the ]-year, 6 -hour storm event in the
channel. Approximately 33,920 acres in the Fish Creek drainage basin contribute to this point. The peak Flow was
determined to be 7.10 cfs for the ]-year, 6 -hour storm with a minimum culvert size of 15 inches required to pass
this flow. Adequate fill material for the anticipated vehicle usage will be provided over the culvert. Immediately
after the crossing is no longer needed for operations the culvert and fill will be removed and fill sloped rounded or
reduced and shaped to conform to the site, to adjacent terrain, and to meet natural drainage restoration standards.
Any areas from which topsoil has been removed shall be recovered with topsoil in accordance with 4.06.4(2) and
re- vegetated in accordance with 4.15.
9 Right LonZwall Panel - Section 14, TSN, R86W
In order to facilitate the progression of mining in the 9 Right longwall panel, Twentymile will initiate mining as
shown on Figure 16F. The longwall will start approximately on April I and complete mining in this limited area by
the end of May, barring any unforeseen circumstances. The area to be mined under this revision is contained within
the boundaries of State Lease CO -3229.
8 Right Inbv Cross Panel Development
The 8 Right Irby development will result in driving three entries, which are located on Figure 16h across the 8 Right
panel. The entries will be approximately 18' x 9', totaling 4,275 linear feet. (This includes entries and cross - cuts.)
• This development will enhance both development mining timing and safety.
After the entries have been driven, they will be backfilled with grout, or a similar type of material, prior to being
mined through by the longwall. The backfilling will provide support for the longwall when this area is mined by the
longwall.
7 Right Inbv Cross Panel Development
The 7 Right Irby development will result in driving three entries, which are located on Figure 16h across the 7 Right
panel.
