Pineda <br />Director <br />During a review of outstanding compliance issues associated with past Annual Reclamation Reports, <br />the Division has discovered one outstanding adequacy issue associated with the 2009 Annual <br />Reclamation Report (ARR). In a review letter to Twentymile Coal Company dated March 29, 2010, <br />the Division requested a copy of the 2009 Annual Reclamation Map referenced in the 2009 ARR. <br />The Division does not have a record of receiving the above referenced map.
