BID ANNOUNCEMENT <br />Fruita Mine Bond Revocation Project <br />PKA-9-1149 <br />The State o olorado, Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety is seeking bids for a project in <br />Mesa C y, Colorado, approximately 10 miles north of Fruita. The work will include removal and <br />pluggi, f the corrugated metal pipe spillway in the sediment pond, grading and lining of the <br />sedi' nt pond spillway, maintenance and repair of several rock lined channels, armoring above the <br />mportal and revegetation of the disturbed areas. <br />/To receive a set of bidding documents for PKA-9-1149 (FRUITA MINE BOND REVOCATION <br />PROJECT), interested Contractors should promptly fill out the bottom half of this memo and mail or fax <br />/ it to the address or fax number below. There is no charge for bid documents. <br />Alternatively, contractors may also email requests for bid documents to kristin.miranda@state.co.us. <br />,VVe are no longer able to email bid documents. To obtain an electronic bid document go to the State <br />BIDS website. The address is http://www.gssa.state.co.us. On the list, find Colorado Purchasing <br />Office. On the next screen, click on State Buildings and Real Estate Programs. Scroll down the page <br />that comes up and click on Colorado Construction and Design Notices. On the next page that comes <br />up, again click on Colorado Construction and Design Notices. Then click on Documented Quotes. <br />Your email must include: <br />1) The bid number and bid name (PKA-9-1149, the Fruita Mine Bond Revocation Project) <br />2) Your complete mailing address (street number or P.O. box). <br />An on-site pre-bid meeting will be held on January 7, 2009.
