I <br />(d) A description of the area or activity proposed to be designated • <br />in sufficient detail to provide reasonable notice as to the <br />property to be included in the designation or the type of activity <br />to be designated. <br />6.02.06 Matters to be Considered at Designation Hearings. <br />(1) At the designation hearing, the Board of County Commissioners <br />shall consider such evidence as may appear appropriate including, <br />at a minimum: <br />(a) The intensity of current and foreseeable development <br />pressures. <br />(2) The Board of County Commissioners shall hear testimony and receive <br />evidence and shall include in any designation: <br />(a) The boundaries of the proposed area. <br />(b) Reasons why the particular area or activity is of state interest, <br />the dangers that would result from uncontrolled development of <br />any such area or uncontrolled conduct of such activity, and the <br />advantages of development of such area or conduct of such • <br />activity in a coordinated manner. <br />0
