It appeared that a plow had piled snow in front of the road while maintaining CR 12E <br />and/or CR 29. The Loadout was accessed by foot. <br />Weather was clear. Snow covered the ground at the mine site and some of the ground at the loadout. <br />AVAILABILITY OF RECORDS - Rule 5.02.4(1): <br />The records were found to be in compliance. See checklist in report. <br />HYDROLOGIC BALANCE - Rule 4.05: <br />At the loadout, the pond contained water, and the top layer was frozen and snow covered. The water level was <br />below full, and there was no discharge. No compliance issues were identified with the pond. The following areas <br />were inspected: the embankment, both spillways, and the channels below the spillways. <br />The ditch along the southwest side of the Loadout contained approximately four inches of water. <br />GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLANCE: <br />The mine was found to be in general compliance with the permit. <br />During this complete inspection, the mine site was only observed from the main road because deep snow <br />precluded access to the site.
