The pile is stable, <br />no mining activity has oc- <br />curred on the RDA since <br />October 2003. The RDA has <br />been regraded, covered, <br />topsoiled and seeded over <br />exhibits no sign of in- I <br />stability and is inspected <br />during regular mineinspec- <br />tions. <br />The Southfield Mine is an <br />underground coal mine lo- <br />cated in Fremont County. <br />approximately 7 miles <br />south of Florence, Colorado. <br />Coal interest is Private, and <br />the surface affected is <br />Private land.
