The closest well, <br />(16850-F) is just west of the proposed expansion area and has a total depth of 750 feet. The <br />other wells are south of the Yampa River so should be protected by the Yampa River. <br />Note: Pit dewatering operations may be suspended during periods of inactivity, such as winter <br />shut-down or suspension of mining or crushing operations. <br />Thank you for your time and consideration.
